As your design-build general contractor, I will collaborate closely with you to develop a vision from your needs and ideas, then manage the execution to deliver an innovative, carefully crafted build. Our service includes both a custom design and the build out. Design-build teams have the advantage of collaboration. The exchange of knowledge and unique collective experiences among team members at Elier CR allows for creative yet thoughtful plans, faster service, budget control, and the ability to quickly pivot in response to design and construction challenges. We have the flexibility to offer creative direction as part of our general contracting services, the option to coordinate with a team of designers, or, should you already have a design, we can provide general contracting services to meet your project’s needs. In contrast, subcontractors typically focus on a specific trade or project element and not all general contractors extend design services.
With one contract, you benefit from a simple process and single point of accountability. We coordinate among the design, engineering, city planning, and subcontractor teams on your behalf to guarantee design plans that meet quality standards and align with your goals. We deliver efficient work sequencing, consideration for timelines, budget management, and transparent communication with you throughout the process.
You will be working with a licensed and insured general contractor. As such, expect safe and well-built construction of your project with adherence to public policy including acquisition of necessary permits. Other benefits include handling of your project by an expert in construction; selection of qualified and reliable vendors and sub-contractors; access to reduced pricing exclusive to general contractors; and, informed oversight of ongoing work which translates to improvement in timeline and costs.
